United StatesThe deluxe bike trailer/stroller exceeded my expectations. It required minimum assembly and is very easy to attach/detach from my bike. The ride is super smooth and it really feels like you are towing nothing at all. The stroller feature is an awesome plus, and it is easy to convert back and forth between trailer and stroller. 5 stars, really great design, ease of use, very high quality for the price.
United StatesI have owned your product for over a year now and it is a fantastic product is left assembled year round. I have used it in the winter in deep snow/ice grass/rough terrain. Center of balance is fantastic easy to keep level when going up and down hills. great at protecting my kid from the elements year round. I have the two seater it is fantastic. However I have 2 improve/complaints. 1. it would be nice if you could strap your child in the middle when using the double trailer instead of on one side especially as the child gets bigger for more room. 2. This is my critical complaint with this and will be reaching out to customer support soon. The front wheel is made of plastic and has too much resistance when turning so it does not work on smooth surfaces like tile/smooth concrete etc. it slides instead and does not turn. It does work great on blacktop and grass and in the snow because there is enough resistance on the wheel to ensure proper operation. This product absolutely needs a RUBBER FRONT WHEEL!!! or another design.
United StatesNice trailer, works well for biking and running. Simply design (axels, fittings, etc.) but decent quality. Only complaint is that its a little narrow making it tight on the shoulder space.
CanadaThis product so nice , my kids really like it but one thing is not perfectly is the front wheel is not working sometimes I tried to carry it but everything so nice and good.
