My Allen bike rack did NOT break; I just lost this crucial part! Going to the website, I ordered what I thought would replace it, but included a note to say I wasn't sure it was right. Heard right back: It was the wrong part. They had already cancelled and credited my purchase, and gave me a link to get the right part.
